Traditional French onion soup glazed with Gruyere cheese

 

2nd Dish

Luxurious smooth chicken liver and pistachio parfait, red wine and balsamic chutney

 

3rd Dish

Mussels steamed in Sauvignon, garlic, cream and parsley

 

4th Dish

Melt in your mouth crispy duck confit, white truffle oil mash, sautéed green beans and Rioja reduction

 

5th Dish

French style Crème brûlée, mixed berry compote with Pâte sablée
