Including different techniques, safety measures and the maintain and sharpening of knives.

Explaining the correct storing procedures and temperatures for fridges and freezers.

Safety, Hygiene and EHO Regulations

You will be taught basic safety measures and hygiene practices to comply with EHO regulations.

Although the majority of our courses are not hands on, you may be asked to help throughout the day to assist with the preparation and service of different dishes.
